CIBTAC Level 3 Certificate in Facial Electrical Treatments

The aim of the CIBTAC Level 3 Certificate in Facial Electrical Treatments is to enable candidates to gain the necessary practical and theoretical skills in order to provide facial electrical treatment. It also builds upon the candidates understanding of health and safety, client care and promoting and selling products and services.

Career pathway 

The qualification offers an ideal progression route for anyone wanting to work in advanced beauty therapy facial treatments, who already hold a qualification in Facial Treatments at Level 2. Candidates embarking on this course may wish to further enhace their skills by moving on to level 4 electical or skin courses.

Entry Level requirements

Entry requirements-None, however it is preferable for the candidate to have GCSE Mathematics and English A*-C or equivalent

Areas Of Study 

This course has five mandatory units made up of theory based and practical units. The mandatory units include monitor health and safety in the salon, client care and communication in beauty related industries, promote and sell products and services, provide facial electrotherapy treatments and anatomy and physiology for skin treatments.
