If you are interested in applying for any training courses at  A.R.T Academy, please follow the steps outlined below. Any questions or assistance you need during the process, please feel free to get in touch.​

Enrolment Procedures

  1. Choose your course and make a note of your course code if applicable.

  2. Please click here to fill in an enrolment form online.

  3. Please attached your CV and any previous certificates together with your application form

  4. Once submitted, our student support will review and get in touch!

The entry criteria of each training course is different depending on the level of the course and the relevant certification or awarding bodies. This is why we usually require an initial review of your application form before confirmation of enrolment.

Payment

Once your enrolment has been confirmed, you will be given the details of how you can pay the course fee.

Credit/debit card payment can be made online. Alternatively, we also accept BACS transfer. Please ask your student support for our bank details.

Full course fee is due prior to the start of your training. For students taking a full progression route with us, your student support can discuss a payment plan with you.

Evidence Of ID

You will need to produce photo ID at the beginning of the course. This must bear your photo and your name. Current passport, current photo driving license, workplace photo ID card, freedom pass, travel card ID.

We take your personal data seriously. Your personal data is collected in line with recognised awarding bodies (CIBTAC) and certification bodies (IQ Verify) requirements to ensure the authenticity of the learning and examination. We will never share or sell your personal data to a third-party organisation for its marketing, fundraising or campaigning purposes.

Learner Induction 

Once on board, we will carry out a Learner Induction prior the start of your training. This is to ensure you understand the centre’s policies and procedures, as well as the learning journey. These include but not limited to:

  • Tour of premises

  • Health and Safety

  • Equality, Diversity, Inclusivity

  • Complaints, Appeals, Grievance Procedure

  • Learner Engagement

  • Learner Manual / Handbook

  • Course Information / Key Dates

  • Learning Style
