Cannula Training

The Cannula Training CPD (Continuing Professional Development) is a specialised course that focuses on the skillful and safe use of cannulas in aesthetic procedures. This comprehensive training programme is designed to enhance participants' knowledge and expertise in using cannulas as an alternative to needles for dermal filler injections.

During the course, participants will learn about the advantages and benefits of using cannulas, including reduced risk of vascular complications, minimised bruising, and enhanced patient comfort. The training will cover the anatomy of the face, including vascular structures, to ensure a thorough understanding of safe injection zones.

The Cannula Training CPD will provide hands-on experience and practical guidance on various cannula techniques, including entry points, angulation, and depth control. Participants will learn how to navigate different facial areas, such as cheeks, nasolabial folds, jawline, and temples, while using cannulas to achieve optimal results.

The course will also cover important considerations, such as selecting appropriate cannula sizes, understanding the differences between blunt and sharp-tipped cannulas, and managing complications that may arise during or after the procedure.

Safety protocols, infection control measures, and client assessment will be emphasised to ensure participants can provide the highest standard of care during cannula-based treatments. Additionally, the training will address proper aftercare instructions and post-treatment management to promote optimal outcomes and client satisfaction.

By the end of the Cannula Training CPD, participants will have acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to confidently and effectively use cannulas in their aesthetic practice. They will be equipped to provide safer and more comfortable experiences for their clients while delivering natural-looking results.
